By accessing and using Al-Furqan Institute's online Quran teaching services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

Course Registration and Payment

• Course fees must be paid in full before starting classes
• Registration is confirmed only after payment verification
• Course fees are non-refundable after the first class
• Rescheduling classes requires 24-hour advance notice
• Payment information is securely processed through our payment gateway

Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Attend classes regularly and punctually
• Complete assigned homework and practice exercises
• Maintain respectful behavior towards teachers and fellow students
• Not share course materials without permission
• Maintain appropriate Islamic etiquette during classes

Class Policies

• Classes will be conducted according to the scheduled time
• Students should join online sessions 5 minutes before start time
• Missed classes can be made up according to teacher availability
• Recording of classes is not permitted without consent
• Internet connectivity issues are student's responsibility

Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to:

• Video recordings
• Study materials
• Practice exercises
• Teaching methodologies
• Course structure and content

are the intellectual property of Al-Furqan Institute and protected by copyright laws.

Termination

Al-Furqan Institute reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services for:

• Violation of these terms
• Inappropriate behavior
• Non-payment of fees
• Extended absence without notice

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
